To close out 2024, the Krneta team made a day of it. We started with a long lunch in the sun at Arbory Afloat, sharing plates, stories and a few friendly debates about favourite projects from the year. As the afternoon slipped into evening we crossed the river to Left Bank for dinner, and finished the night at Crown. Good food, easy conversation and plenty of laughs from start to finish.

How we celebrate together

Connection is part of how we work. Alongside project deadlines and site milestones we make time to catch up regularly. We host a quarterly team event to change the pace and get people mixing outside their day-to-day project groups. End of year is where we take it up a notch, bringing everyone together for a longer, more relaxed day that recognises the effort that goes in all year.

Looking back on 2024

This year was defined by steady growth, creative problem solving and a lot of teamwork. We delivered across education, health, industrial and workplace projects, sharpened our internal processes, and continued to invest in mentoring, knowledge sessions and peer reviews. The result has been smoother approvals, cleaner documentation and a stronger sense of rhythm across the practice.

Looking ahead to 2025

We step into the new year with gratitude for our clients, collaborators and peers, and pride in the team that makes the work possible. The calendar is already filling with monthly lunches and quarterly events, and we are focused on doing things the right way, every day, as we take on the next set of projects.
