This fitout for Belle Property was delivered through a tight design-and-construct process. The ground floor functions as a flexible events and training hub, using modular layouts, neutral tones and green branding cues. Upper-level workspaces are organised into client-facing and internal zones, with breakout areas featuring biophilic elements and residential-inspired finishes. Krneta’s role ensured the build could adapt to site constraints and programme demands, ultimately delivering a workplace that embodies the Belle Property brand.
