Our services were engaged from the design phase of the Helm project in order to provide compliance, safety, and building consultancy. We were able to facilitate the geometric craftmanship and luxury atmosphere efficiently, with 22 exclusive residencies built as result of our surveyance and guidance. The project met the conceptual foresight of Mim Design and Stokes Architects.
