An adaptive reuse project led by Particular Architects, Hocking Stores involved the conversion of an existing warehouse into 19 flexible-use units. Designed to support storage, automotive and creative uses, the facility features high-bay ceilings, individual roller doors and drive-up access, along with a premium owners’ lounge. Krneta delivered building surveying services to support approvals and ensure compliance throughout the fitout.
