This residential project involves the transformation of an existing home through partial demolition and the addition of a modern extension. Designed by Castley McCrimmon Architects, the new works include a basement garage, expanded living areas, additional bedrooms and a swimming pool. A striking glazed bridge links the new and existing structures, blending contemporary form with the original heritage character. Krneta provided building surveying services throughout the project.
