Originally designed to accommodate ten luxury apartments over a combined office and retail space, this building has been completely redesigned by Pitch Architecture + Design to meet market demand and provide office tenancies throughout the space. Krneta has been engaged from inception and has assisted the consultant team in transitioning the original design, ensuring the compliance provisions are applied in keeping with the pre-approved building envelope.
