This eight storey commercial office building comprises of boutique tenancies, with special consideration given to size constraints of the allotment and maintaining amenity of adjoining properties. The façade elements were designed to replicate the concave nature of shells, as a nod to the long-standing family seafood business that existed on the site prior to demolition.
